About the Role

Are you ready to shake up your career and dive into the exciting world of sales? We're hiring a Sales Executive to join our vibrant Grocery Field Sales Team at Powerforce. This Sales Executive remote position offers you the chance to represent iconic brands like Molson Coors and Haribo while working in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do

• Act as the driving force behind increasing awareness and visibility for Molson Coors and Haribo.
• Nurture relationships with key store contacts to amplify brand presence.
• Leverage your persuasive skills to ensure promotional compliance, ultimately boosting sales in each store.
• Manage your territory, which includes Leeds, Bradford, Harrogate, York, Wakefield, and surrounding areas.
• Collaborate with your Regional Sales Manager to achieve individual and team KPIs.

Requirements

• A full manual UK driving license with a minimum of 12 months' experience.
• Passion for sales and a proactive approach to building relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Previous experience in sales is a plus, but not mandatory.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the FMCG sector.
• Knowledge of promotional compliance and brand representation.
• Ability to analyze sales data and adjust strategies accordingly.

What We Offer

• Full-time, permanent position with a Monday to Friday schedule of 37.5 hours per week.
• Salary of £24,000 per annum plus up to 20% bonus (OTE £28,800 per annum).
