What You'll Do

- Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and report on progress.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the international humanitarian landscape.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
- Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the humanitarian or international development sectors.
- Strong understanding of proposal writing and experience with UN RFPs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Experience in B2B sales and client management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for humanitarian work and a commitment to making a positive impact.
Nice to Have
- Experience in venture capital or private equity.
- Familiarity with automotive insurance and F&I product sales.
- Knowledge of process documentation and standard operating procedures.
