Business Development Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team remotely. In this role, you will execute the strategy for affiliate partner acquisition, actively travel and communicate with partners, and build long-term relationships with high-value affiliates. As a Business Development Manager remote, you will negotiate custom deals and exclusive offers, representing Growe at major industry conferences and networking events.

What You'll Do

• Execute the strategy for affiliate partner acquisition and manage high-tier partners.
• Negotiate custom deals (RevShare, Hybrid, CPA) and exclusive offers.
• Collaborate with brand and affiliate teams on joint initiatives.
• Research industry insights and market situations to inform strategy.
• Initiate strategic partnerships and co-branded activations through communication and live meet-ups.
• Align affiliate marketing strategies with overall business goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role.
• Experience in gambling or other high-risk industries.
• Understanding of affiliate models and business processes in the affiliate marketing industry.
• Proven experience managing high-tier partners or media buying teams.
• Strong negotiation skills and a history of closing high-value deals.
• Proficient in using CRM tools, trackers, and performance dashboards.
• Upper-intermediate level of English (written and spoken).
