Business Development Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Arvana, where we are building the first AI-native Go-To-Market agency in the DACH region. As a Business Development Manager remote, you will take on significant responsibilities from day one, actively developing revenue potential with existing clients and building long-term customer relationships.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate directly with executives and decision-makers.
• Manage your own client projects (no support tasks).
• Consult and implement growth strategies, including ads, outreach, and funnel optimization.
• Act as a liaison between clients and our internal team.
• Quickly take on responsibility and manage your own accounts.
• Identify and expand revenue potentials actively.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in a startup, VC, investment banking, consulting, or a similarly fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in engaging with C-level stakeholders and managing these relationships long-term.
• High self-motivation and willingness to take on responsibility quickly.
• Fluency in German at a C2 level.
• Willingness to work in the Berlin office (hybrid work model).

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B tech sales.
• Familiarity with AI and digital marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities.
