About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager CRM - Remote to enhance our market penetration and achieve sales targets for Boehringer Ingelheim products. This role is pivotal in building relationships and growing our brand by engaging with opinion leaders in the specified areas.

What You'll Do

  • Meet or exceed sales goals through consultative selling and high-level customer service in hospitals and with Health Care Professionals (HCPs).
  • Utilize sales direction and establish effective call patterns to develop and drive sales.
  • Develop territory mapping to ensure effective call frequency on targeted hospitals and practitioners to advance the sales cycle.
  • Proactively develop customer relationships by understanding and anticipating needs, providing appropriate solutions to advance the sales process.
  • Pursue business leaders (high potential doctors) in segmentation targeting.
  • Plan and organize sales strategies utilizing Hospital and Clinician reports to maximize focus on appropriate targets.
  • Develop and execute a business plan for the territory with a sales plan at the hospital and health care professional level.
  • Complete administrative assignments in a timely manner, maintaining customer records and daily call notes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (e.g., MBBS, MSC, Diploma).
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the Jabalpur territory.
  • Ability to quickly learn mechanisms of action and clinical application concepts.
  • Strong adaptability to respond to changing situations and priorities.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to relate to and compare data from different sources.
