Installation Leader - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an Installation Leader to join our team remotely. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in the early stages of projects and participate in strategic development related to installation technology. As an Installation Leader, you will have the chance to deepen your knowledge of construction and installation techniques while collaborating with some of Sweden's top specialists in the field.

What You'll Do

• Provide operational project support, focusing on early-stage technical assistance, cost management, and procurement.
• Coordinate installation consultants, contractors, and clients to achieve the right technical solutions at the right cost.
• Conduct essential functional checks of installation systems during the production phase.
• Lead project teams and drive independent project initiatives.
• Engage in strategic development discussions and act as an expert support in construction projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in project planning for various types of buildings, particularly in new construction.
• Strong understanding of installations, including HVAC, electrical, or control systems.
• Ability to lead teams and manage projects independently.
• Genuine interest in installation technology and problem-solving.

Nice to Have

• Experience with sustainable construction practices.
