Business Continuity Manager - Remote Role for LATAM

About the Role

We're hiring a Business Continuity Manager to join our dynamic team at Deel. This remote role focuses on managing operational challenges and ensuring seamless project execution across various teams. As a Business Continuity Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving alignment and swift resolutions in high-pressure situations, impacting millions of working lives.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end management of standard client escalations, transitioning ad-hoc issues into structured projects using Workbench and Jira.
• Define clear success criteria and track SLA adherence across all stakeholders, ensuring accountability through cross-functional meetings.
• Identify and flag risks that could lead to delayed resolutions, maintaining transparency with daily updates to all involved parties.
• Execute thorough Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) post-resolution to ensure documentation leads to actionable, preventative measures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous improvement in processes and communication.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project management or incident/escalation management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously under pressure.
• Solid understanding of operational issues related to Global Payroll, Compliance, Integrations, and Fintech.
• Exceptional written and verbal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional peers to meet SLAs without direct authority.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Workbench.
