Experienced Project Leader - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an Experienced Project Leader (remote) to join our dynamic team at BRP-Rotax. As part of the global BRP group, we are committed to driving innovation in the powersports industry. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development and management of our project portfolio, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of technological advancement and sustainable mobility.

What You'll Do

• Establish and optimize project management standards, methodologies, and tools.
• Manage and monitor project and portfolio management processes, including prioritization, resource planning, and reporting.
• Support the evolution of the New Product Development (NPD) process.
• Oversee project progress and ensure quality, budget, and timeline targets are met.
• Conduct process reviews, audits, and lessons-learned sessions.
• Create transparent KPI and management reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Assist project leaders with financial planning, budgeting, and project controlling.
• Collaborate closely with project leaders, departments, and senior management, facilitating cross-functional steering committees.

Requirements

• HTL or university degree (Bachelor or Master) in Process Management, Innovation Management, Product & Engineering Management, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management.
• Strong knowledge of traditional, agile, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Experience with project portfolio management tools and reporting systems.
• Certifications such as PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master are advantageous.
• Excellent analytical, process development, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Fluency in German and English is required.

• Experience in the automotive or powersports industry.
• Familiarity with advanced project management software.
• Leadership experience in cross-functional teams.
