Training Coordinator - Final Goods Production

About the Role

We are looking for a Training Coordinator to join our team in Final Goods Production at Novonesis. This role is crucial for ensuring effective onboarding and continuous training of our employees. As a Training Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to shape the training setup and implement new methods that enhance our operations. Your first task will be to successfully implement our new digital platform, CHAMP, which will streamline training documentation and planning.

What You'll Do

• Implement the CHAMP platform for training planning and documentation.
• Act as the Product Owner for the CHAMP platform, ensuring it meets operational needs.
• Develop work instructions (WIs) in collaboration with operators and create training materials, including presentations and videos.
• Coordinate and manage training activities for the operator group.
• Train and develop internal trainers to enhance skill sets within the team.
• Administer and coordinate external courses to broaden training offerings.
• Conduct process confirmations to ensure standards and compliance are met.
• Maintain oversight of competencies and training status through training and competency matrices (CHAMPS).

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role within a production environment, preferably with project management responsibilities.
• Familiarity with ISO standards, GMP, and HACCP is a plus.
• Experience with the CHAMP system or a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create clear and concise documentation.
• Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
