What You'll Do

• Lead the development and implementation of business analytics strategies to enhance decision-making processes across the organization.
• Utilize advanced BI tools such as PowerBI and SQL to analyze complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop profitability models.
• Conduct market analysis to inform strategic planning and operational excellence initiatives.
• Oversee client audit coordination and ensure compliance with industry standards in claims processing and payment integrity.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in business analytics or a related field, with a strong focus on healthcare analytics.
• Proficiency in BI tools, particularly PowerBI and Microsoft Excel.
• Solid understanding of data analysis techniques and methodologies.
• Experience with SQL and Google Cloud Platform is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
