Business Analyst II - Guidewire (Claims) Remote Position

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Business Analyst II - Guidewire (Claims) remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with various functional areas of the business to document change requests and ensure that all technical requirements are met. What You'll Do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document change requests submitted to the IT organization.
• Analyze and document integrations with internal and external applications, researching dependencies and collaborating with solution architects and developers on system design.
• Review and analyze how changes to business processes impact technical requirements across systems.
• Shepherd initiatives through the full SDLC to ensure business processes and system changes are documented, developed, tested, and promoted successfully.
• Create Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), use cases, technical requirements, wireframes, and system flow diagrams for Guidewire configurations and custom development projects.
• Become a subject-matter expert on Guidewire systems and Frontline’s implementations.
• Support UAT and go-live activities as needed, partnering with QA to ensure test cases are accurate and comprehensive.
• Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and support teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst on Guidewire ClaimCenter projects.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
• Skilled at writing detailed SRS documents, use cases, and wireframes.
• Experience with defect and requirement tracking tools (JIRA, Rally, or similar).
• Proficient using browser-based web development tools.
• Proven ability to negotiate consensus across stakeholders with conflicting requirements.
