Business Analyst/​Change Management Analyst - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Business Analyst/Change Management Analyst - Remote to support the FAS DDI project. This role is essential for processing and tracking deliverables, ensuring quality control, and facilitating communication among stakeholders. You will work 100% remotely from day one, contributing to a dynamic team focused on improving our processes and outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Support the Design, Development, and Implementation (DDI) project within the Change Management department.
• Process new requests for deliverables, including design documents and test plans, ensuring timely logging and communication with SMEs and PMs.
• Maintain databases, tracking logs, and project deliverable files, generating status reports as needed.
• Collaborate closely with Information Management and PMO teams, as well as MES vendors, to ensure alignment and quality of deliverables.
• Act as the program librarian, ensuring all project documentation is filed and versioned correctly.
• Participate in all stages of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), applying structured methodologies to lead change management activities.
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, serving as the key IT point of contact for the Change Management team.
• Ensure smooth transitions and awareness of releases prior to deployment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an IT environment, with a focus on Change and Release Management methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a customer service orientation.
• Experience in data entry and work order processing.
• Ability to track and report on processes, managing workflows effectively.
• Healthcare experience is a plus; please highlight on your resume if applicable.

Nice to Have

• Experience with version control systems.
• Familiarity with Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) deliverables.
• Previous involvement in change management activities within healthcare.
