Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team remotely. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality behavioral analysis and support to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). What You'll Do

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs to ensure effective skill acquisition and behavioral improvement.
• Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians and other staff members.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with clinical standards.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid BCBA certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in behavior analysis, particularly with ASD clients.
• Strong knowledge of ABA techniques and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload effectively.

Nice to Have

• Experience with telehealth services.
• Familiarity with ADOS-2 and ADIR assessments.
• Leadership experience in a clinical setting.
