Bilingual Dutch Service Desk Technician - Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a Bilingual Dutch Service Desk Technician to join our dynamic team at Everience. This remote position allows you to support users effectively while enjoying the flexibility of working from home. As a Bilingual Dutch Service Desk Technician, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and resolving IT issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to user calls and inquiries promptly.
  • Diagnose hardware and software issues remotely.
  • Guide users through troubleshooting steps or take remote control of their systems.
  • Escalate incidents to the appropriate support groups when necessary.
  • Follow up on tickets until resolution is achieved.

Requirements

  • Passionate about IT and/or have prior experience in user support (IT support, customer service, maintenance).
  • Must be bilingual in French and Dutch.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
  • Ability to listen, adapt, and work rigorously.
  • Technical and interpersonal skills that will help you grow with us.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with remote support tools.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems.
