What You'll Do

• Provide inbound phone support to patients, including appointment scheduling and follow-ups.
• Coordinate medication refills and assist with basic inquiries regarding lab results and services.
• Handle an average of 80 calls per shift while maintaining high quality and accuracy.
• Document interactions clearly and comply with service and data standards.
• Collaborate with an international support team to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written) is required.
• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or patient support is an advantage.
• Reliable home office setup with stable internet, computer, and headset.
• Willingness to work night shifts (12:00 AM – 9:00 AM PH time).
