Social Media Manager - TikTok & Meta (Part-Time Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team at Koralls, focusing on TikTok and Meta platforms. This remote position offers the flexibility to work part-time while actively contributing to our brand's growth and community engagement.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy for TikTok and Instagram.
• Create engaging content from our existing library and original material.
• Be the face of the brand by recording videos and interacting with our audience.
• Conduct TikTok Lives to answer questions and explain our products.
• Manage community interactions, including comments and direct messages.
• Design static content and carousels primarily using Canva.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager for content approvals and processes.
• Oversee influencer outreach and manage cooperation requests.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and optimize strategies based on insights.
• Develop content for performance ads and our website.

Requirements

• Relevant experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in E-Commerce or Beauty sectors.
• Proficient in TikTok and Meta Business Suite.
• Comfortable in front of the camera and skilled in content creation.
• Experience with Canva; knowledge of Photoshop is a plus.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage a content calendar effectively.
• Proactive and ownership-oriented with a keen sense of social media trends.
• Fluent communication in German, with some proficiency in English required.

Nice to Have

• Experience in community management.
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with analytics tools to measure performance.
