What You'll Do
- Handle maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for customer accounts.
- Review customer contracts and advise on account statuses.
- Assist customers with inquiries about titles and optional products.
- Take payments and maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Recommend solutions based on customer account analysis.
- Comfortable with manual calculations and multitasking across systems.
- Work hours are Monday-Friday, 7AM-7PM CST.

Requirements
