Customer Service Agent - Portuguese (Morning Shift) Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Agent - Portuguese (Morning Shift) Remote to join our dynamic team at FeverUp. As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers while working remotely. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service via email, phone, or social media.
• Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries effectively.
• Provide accurate information using appropriate methods and tools.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Follow communication procedures and guidelines to maintain service quality.
• Engage customers proactively to enhance their experience.
• Perform parallel work for the Operations Department as needed.
• Work schedule: 8 am - 4 pm with a 30-minute break.

Requirements

• Previous experience in User Support or Customer Service.
• Experience using Zendesk is preferred.
• High level of Portuguese and fluency in English.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solution-oriented and reliable.
• Detail-oriented with effective time-management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changes quickly.
• Must reside in Spain.
