What You'll Do

• Prepare and clean tables, chairs, and bar areas according to Four Seasons standards.
• Interact with guests professionally, adhering to our Golden Rule of service.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to inquiries and requests.
• Maintain stock control of bar materials and ingredients, ensuring the bar is always well-stocked.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout your shift.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to create a harmonious work environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a bar or cocktail preparation role is essential.
• Experience in luxury hotels or restaurants is preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and passion for excellence.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes of work.
• Flexible schedule, with availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
