Bank Verification Coordinator - FinTech Remote Position

About the Role

This role is essential in our Underwriting department, where you will verify merchants' bank history information. As a Bank Verification Coordinator remote, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic fintech environment, contributing to the success of our clients and the growth of our company.

What You'll Do

• Conduct funding calls to verify all information, terms, and conditions.
• Verify the merchant’s banking account history with the merchant.
• Communicate with banks and merchants to confirm account details.
• Format and manipulate data in Excel.
• Download and organize banking activity, statements, and deposit image details.
• Distribute results via email and maintain all records in the appropriate deal folders.
• Perform other tasks and duties as reasonably assigned.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• C1 proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Exceptional customer service experience.
• Strong phone communication skills with a personable and friendly demeanor.
• Bank teller experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Skilled at multitasking; able to coordinate, organize, prioritize, and execute responsibilities effectively.
• Strong work ethic and high level of discretion.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Excel.
