Rydell Group is seeking a highly motivated Automotive Accounting Biller remote to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in the fast-paced automotive industry while managing billing tasks related to vehicle sales. As an Automotive Accounting Biller remote, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial transactions and maintaining customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Handle customer payoffs and ensure accurate costs and transactions for each vehicle sale.
• Finalize car deals and enter them into the dealer management system.
• Communicate with vendors regarding billing and payment inquiries.
• Resolve account-related issues efficiently.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education required; associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately manage data and numbers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.

Nice to Have

• Experience with dealer management systems.
