About the Role

We are seeking a talented Automations and IT Support Specialist - Remote to join our dynamic team at Hired Remoteli. This role is ideal for individuals based in Latin America who are passionate about automation and IT support. As an Automations and IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and improving internal automations and connected systems across the company. You'll work with various platforms to create scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

  • Build, maintain, and optimize automations across company departments using tools like Power Automate, Make, Zapier, and GoHighLevel.
  • Design workflow solutions that connect Microsoft 365 and other business platforms into scalable, sustainable processes.
  • Create and manage GoHighLevel automations, including contact segmentation, workflow logic, and CRM support processes.
  • Understand business processes and convert operational needs into documented automation workflows.
  • Develop and maintain webhook-based and API-driven automations to improve data exchange and reduce manual work.
  • Leverage AI agents to enhance automation efficiency and process consistency.
  • Support internal IT platforms and operational tools, including Microsoft 365, Hubstaff, and ClickUp.
  • Troubleshoot automation issues, system errors, and platform configuration problems across CRM and internal tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems, or a related field preferred.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in automation, CRM support, systems integration, and internal IT support.
  • Proven experience creating automations in GoHighLevel and supporting CRM-related workflows.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Power Automate.
  • Experience with automation platforms like Make, Zapier, and n8n.
  • Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into scalable workflows.
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues in a remote environment.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
