About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Principal Analyst - Marketing Analytics Remote to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do

• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and merchandising teams to develop predictive models that drive customer engagement.
• Conduct detailed customer segmentation analysis to enhance targeted marketing efforts.
• Implement and manage marketing analytics tools such as Google TAG Manager and GA4 to track performance metrics.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field, with a strong focus on data analysis and performance measurement.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with business intelligence tools and data visualization platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience with healthcare data analytics and Medicare claims data.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and audience segmentation techniques.
• Knowledge of commercial contracting and legal experience in data usage.
