About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Business Analyst - Master Data to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring data excellence across our global supply chain operations, which is crucial for delivering life-saving medicines to patients on time. Your expertise in master data management will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity of our data systems.

What You'll Do

  • Create, maintain, and deactivate master data in SAP S4 HANA and Winshuttle for various product categories.
  • Manage QA approval flows and documentation processes, ensuring compliance in a GxP environment.
  • Identify and drive process improvements by contributing to the Master Data Change Advisory Board (MD CAB).
  • Support MD Stewards and planners with regular reports and ad hoc analysis.
  • Handle CR-cases and deviations in NovoGlow, coordinating responses and implementing corrective actions.
  • Monitor and report on master data performance KPIs, actively participating in daily stand-up meetings.
  • Train and onboard new team members, providing comprehensive support and fostering an inclusive workplace.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in master data management within a GxP environment.
  • Proven expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S4 HANA, with experience in MDG and Winshuttle being advantageous.
  • Hands-on experience managing end-to-end master data processes.
  • Strong Excel skills and ability to leverage data visualization tools like PowerBI.
  • Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships across diverse stakeholders.
