We're hiring an Assistant Manager to join our award-winning pub group in South Kensington. As an Assistant Manager, you will support the General Manager in all aspects of running the venue, ensuring that it operates smoothly and efficiently.

• Assist the General Manager in managing daily operations and maintaining high standards of service.
• Train, nurture, and develop your team to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
• Demonstrate strong commercial understanding and take ownership of your venue.
• Handle pressure with ease and maintain a calm demeanor in busy situations.
• Foster a fun and engaging work environment while driving team performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of management experience in a hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead by example and inspire your team.
• Passion for training and mentoring staff to achieve their best.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a flair for innovative thinking.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a fast-paced pub or restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in hospitality.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role.
