Asset Management Program Associate - Digital Assets (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking an Asset Management Program Associate (Digital Assets) remote to join JPMorgan Chase's innovative Digital Asset team. This role is pivotal in driving our Web3 initiatives, setting the vision and strategy for blockchain and tokenization-based solutions that enhance collaboration across various business lines. You will play a crucial role in delivering scalable products to market and supporting the discovery, design, and execution of blockchain and Web3 initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Identify and assess blockchain and Web3 innovation opportunities within Asset Management, developing robust business cases and supporting execution from concept to measurable impact.
• Define and deliver solutions in collaboration with product, engineering, compliance, controls, operations, and legal teams.
• Engage with Asset Management business lines to understand their operations, commercial drivers, and client needs.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and clients, educating them on blockchain technology and its business potential.
• Support partnerships with external companies, vendors, and startups on joint innovation initiatives.
• Present ideas and solutions to senior management and clients, tailoring messaging to diverse audiences.
• Stay well-informed of Web3 market trends, technology developments, and client demand.

Requirements

• 3+ years of work experience in a relevant field.
• Solid understanding of blockchain, smart contracts, and the Web3 ecosystem.
• Knowledge of financial markets.
• Exceptional ability to learn new concepts and become a subject matter expert in complex operational models.
• Outstanding verbal and written presentation skills with the ability to create visually impactful presentations.
• Execution-focused, active listener, action-oriented, and detail-oriented.
• Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to work across diverse teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience delivering financial products or software products to market, especially those achieving meaningful adoption, scale, or impact.
• Background in Asset Management, Markets, Investment Banking, Treasury Services, or Securities Services.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on delivering measurable business value.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and challenge established norms in large organizations.
• PowerPoint proficiency.
