About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Assembly Operator to join our team at Summit Polymers. What You'll Do

  • Operate molding machines and perform assembly tasks of molded parts.
  • Utilize hand tools for trimming, cutting, and preparing parts.

  • Record and summarize production data as required.
  • Assist in setup for the next job and maintain cleanliness of the work area.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to stand for the entire work shift and lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
