Apprentice Field Marketing Specialist - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for an Apprentice Field Marketing Specialist to join our team remotely. In this role, you will support our Field and Partner marketing teams in optimizing events and campaigns. You will gain hands-on experience in project management, account-based marketing, and regional marketing strategy. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading company in AI Search, empowering businesses worldwide.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate on all marketing campaigns and support end-to-end campaign setup using tools like Marketo and SFDC.
  • Maintain and track UTMs for all campaigns to ensure effective performance analysis.
  • Identify bottlenecks and process improvements to streamline event delivery.
  • Assist field marketing managers in executing events and programs, including logistics and material shipments.
  • Manage the Events & Webinars page on our website and own the planning and execution of our regional webinar program.
  • Attend local events and support the execution of field events, ensuring alignment with local strategies.
  • Work closely with the Brand Design team to create marketing collateral.
  • Keep documentation up-to-date on the team’s internal knowledge base.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in marketing, communication, or business with a minimum apprenticeship period of 18 months.
  • Eager to learn and develop a variety of marketing skills and tools.
  • Detail-oriented and methodical with strong project management capabilities.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French or German is a plus.
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with marketing automation tools like Marketo.
  • Familiarity with campaign performance analysis.
  • Interest in AI and technology trends.
