Apprentice Engineer - Logistics Optimization (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking an Apprentice Engineer for Logistics Optimization to join our team at L'Oréal. This remote internship opportunity allows you to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment starting September 2026. As an Apprentice Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and contributing to our supply chain excellence.

What You'll Do

• Manage the implementation of a safety system for pedestrian cart coexistence.
• Automate the reception process using camera technology.
• Establish KPIs for the logistics service.
• Optimize automated storage performance through process and equipment development.
• Lead the 5S project to develop safety standards in the area.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in engineering with a specialization in industrialization or a master's in supply chain or logistics.
• Prior professional experience in a factory or warehouse setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in Power BI and other digital tools is necessary.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• We are looking for autonomous, versatile, proactive individuals with excellent organizational skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with logistics optimization projects.
• Familiarity with safety standards in industrial settings.
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles.
