APAC Ecosystem Partnerships Lead - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced APAC Ecosystem Partnerships Lead to join our team at Sentient, a pioneering company in the decentralized artificial general intelligence (AGI) space. As an APAC Ecosystem Partnerships Lead remote position, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of AGI by developing and executing strategies that promote ecosystem growth across the Asia-Pacific region.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the ecosystem growth lead for a new open intelligence layer of the internet.
• Develop the strategy for go-to-market initiatives, collaborating closely with the executive team to establish KPIs and OKRs.
• Steward the development and successful implementation of acquisition funnels, demonstrating continuous adaptation to the rapidly expanding scope of the ecosystem.
• Design and implement innovative growth strategies that align with our mission of democratizing AI development.
• Facilitate dynamic and meaningful conversations within the community, creating a robust and collaborative environment that fosters growth and innovation.
• Work closely with marketing and business development teams to strategically drive ecosystem expansion and boost community engagement and awareness.
• Help oversee daily operations within the ecosystem, ensuring smooth coordination of activities and efficient use of resources.
• Contribute to the development of strategic plans for adoption, integrating insights from multiple sources to create effective and forward-thinking strategies.

Requirements

• Strong relationships with various protocols within the Web3 and AI space.
• Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields, with a deep understanding of blockchain and AI technologies.
• Proven track record in pre/alpha product-stage go-to-market strategies, preferably in a rapidly evolving industry.
• Demonstrated ability to work with developers, with a deep empathy for their needs and challenges.
• High self-motivation, ideally with founder experience.
• Comfortable working in an applied research environment, capable of managing high autonomy and navigating unpredictable timelines.
