Analyst Intern - Remote Position for Summer 2026

About the Role

RCLCO is seeking an Analyst Intern - Remote to join our team for the Summer 2026 session. This is an exciting opportunity for creative and curious minds who are passionate about real estate and the built environment. As an Analyst Intern, you will help clients make strategic decisions that shape cities and communities across North America.

What You'll Do

• Conduct primary and secondary economic, demographic, and real estate research.
• Organize data, analyze trends, and construct financial and statistical models.
• Support consultant teams in completing management consulting assignments.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations.
• Support internal firm initiatives as needed.
• Engage in a comprehensive training program provided by RCLCO.
• Take advantage of immediate opportunities for advancement for successful team members.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in relevant fields such as urban studies, economics, finance, or public policy.
• Some work experience, including internships or work-study programs.
• Strong academic record and passion for research and analysis.
• Comfort with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and conducting internet research.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional attitude and good time management skills.
• Interest in learning additional analytical methods and software.

Nice to Have

• Experience with data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with statistical software such as R or Python.
• Knowledge of real estate markets.
