About the Role

We are hiring an Alpha Architect - Trading Strategy Developer to join our innovative team at Moonward Capital. As an Alpha Architect, you will leverage our proprietary algorithmic trading software to execute quantitative strategies that have consistently delivered impressive returns.

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement systematic trading strategies across crypto markets, DeFi protocols, and prediction markets.
  • Collaborate directly with our founding team to build high-performance, risk-adjusted trading strategies.
  • Earn up to 30% revenue share on net profits generated by your strategies, calculated quarterly using a high-water mark methodology.
  • Retain creative control while utilizing our infrastructure, capital, and risk management frameworks.
  • Utilize your live trading track record and verifiable results to enhance strategy development.

Requirements

  • Proven live trading track record with verifiable results in crypto markets.
  • Deep understanding of crypto market structure, liquidity, and volatility dynamics.
  • Experience building systematic strategies with clear entry/exit logic and robust risk controls.
  • Proficiency in risk management techniques, including ATR-based position sizing and statistical validation.
  • Experience with DeFi protocols, on-chain analytics, or prediction markets is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, or similar quantitative tools.
  • Background in proprietary trading, hedge funds, or systematic trading firms is preferred.
