Alliance Director - Technology Partnerships (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Alliance Director, Technology Partnerships to join our team at Honeycomb. This remote position is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology partnerships and has a strong background in engineering and business development. As an Alliance Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology partnerships with major players like AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure, ensuring that our observability product integrates seamlessly into their ecosystems.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute strategies for technology partnerships that align with Honeycomb's goals and customer needs.
• Drive technology integrations and go-to-market (GTM) motions with strategic partners.
• Lead field enablement and create hands-on workshops to enhance partner engagement.
• Collaborate with product teams to define and improve integrations based on customer feedback.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product development and technology partnerships.
• Strong understanding of cloud services, particularly AWS.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience working with sales and marketing teams.
• A developer background with a clear point-of-view on how Honeycomb adds value to partners.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI partnerships and integrations.
• Familiarity with Atlassian products.
• Prior experience in a similar role within a tech startup.
