AI Tools Trainer - Freelance Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Tools Trainer to join our team remotely. This AI Tools Trainer remote position involves delivering high-quality training sessions on AI tools to non-technical professionals across various industries, including banking, finance, and insurance. You will play a crucial role in enhancing corporate AI enablement workshops, ensuring that participants can effectively apply AI tools in their work.

What You'll Do

• Develop, adjust, and deliver engaging AI training sessions tailored for diverse audiences with varying levels of expertise.
• Communicate complex AI concepts clearly and accessibly to non-technical audiences, ensuring understanding and engagement.
• Design and facilitate hands-on practical exercises that help learners apply AI tools to real-world business scenarios.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and incorporate relevant examples and case studies into your training sessions.
• Collaborate with the Neurons Lab team to develop and refine training materials and methodologies.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to learners throughout the GenAI Enablement program.

Requirements

• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to apply AI tools and models to real-world business problems.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Languages: English and Ukrainian required; Russian is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Proven experience in public speaking and training delivery.
• Hands-on experience with AI creative and productivity tools (e.g., Midjourney, Kling, Runway, Adobe Firefly, or similar).
• Awareness of current business and technology trends.
