About the Role

OBRIO is hiring an AI Talent Automation Specialist to join their People Ops / Talent Acquisition team on a full-time, remote basis in Ukraine. This exciting opportunity focuses on leveraging AI to automate and optimize talent acquisition processes within the organization. As an AI Talent Automation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in transforming how we attract and retain top talent using innovative AI solutions.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement AI-driven strategies to enhance recruitment processes.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to identify automation opportunities.
• Utilize machine learning algorithms to analyze candidate data and improve selection processes.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of AI tools in recruitment.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize talent acquisition.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in recruitment.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with HR software and AI recruitment tools.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R.
• Understanding of machine learning concepts.
