AI Solutions Architect - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking an AI Solutions Architect to join our innovative team at Nexters, a leading international game development company. This AI Solutions Architect remote position offers a unique opportunity to implement AI and agent-based systems into real-world business processes, enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.

What You'll Do

• Dive into various teams (art, development, marketing, product) to identify inefficiencies and formulate hypotheses for process optimization using AI.
• Design and implement agent-based solutions and pipelines, including multi-agent systems, RAG, and agent orchestration.
• Build automations at the intersection of AI and business tools such as Slack, Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace.
• Automate and partially or fully replace manual operations to ensure sustainable usage of solutions within teams.
• Deliver measurable results, including reduced production time and lower costs through automation.
• Work in an internal AI-as-a-service model, supporting different teams and solving tasks end-to-end.
• Independently drive solutions from idea to implementation, ensuring measurable impact.

Requirements

• Experience implementing AI/LLM/agent-based solutions in real-world processes.
• Hands-on experience with AI provider APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) and prompt engineering.
• Understanding of architectures: RAG, function calling, and agent systems.
• Experience building automations and integrations (no-code/low-code + coding when needed).
• Strong process analysis skills: identifying bottlenecks and evaluating impact (ROI).
• Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Personal projects using AI.
• Experience in game development or with visual pipelines (art/video).
• Understanding of the gaming industry and/or creative products.
