What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain AI and machine learning algorithms using Python, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
• Create and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
• Build and deploy efficient AI models using cloud computing platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and product stakeholders, to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
• Write clean and efficient code, implementing best practices for optimization and testing through Jupyter Notebooks and Google Colab.
• Conduct research and stay updated with the latest AI and Machine Learning techniques, incorporating new ideas into existing systems.
• Troubleshoot and debug code, resolving technical issues during development and testing.
• Create documentation for code, data pipelines, and models to ensure clear communication among stakeholders.

Requirements

• High proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, and the data science stack.
• 5+ years of experience in Back-End engineering in production environments.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience implementing research and algorithms in Python, particularly in NLP and machine learning.
• Proven experience delivering AI/Machine Learning solutions within a product context.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM or Computer Science-related field.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages such as R or Java.
