AI GTM Engineer - Remote Position

About the Role

We are hiring an AI GTM Engineer to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between sales, marketing, operations, and finance, ensuring that our processes are efficient and effective. As an AI GTM Engineer, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of daily transactions related to temporary housing solutions, which include deposits, vendor payments, and account reconciliations. Your expertise in AI tools will be crucial in driving operational impact and enhancing our service delivery.

What You’ll Own

• Build and manage Monday.com boards across sales, operations, and finance, including dashboards and automations used to track payments, deposits, repairs, and client activity.
• Partner closely with finance and accounting to bring structure to high-volume transactional data, ensuring accurate reconciliation across a large and fast-moving client base.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets and reporting tools that provide clear visibility into financial activity across the business.
• Design and automate workflows across the full revenue and operations lifecycle using APIs, webhooks, and integration tools.
• Identify and implement AI tools that improve productivity across sales, marketing, and operations.
• Build automated reporting that reduces manual work and ensures teams are working from consistent, real-time data.
• Collaborate with team leads to identify inefficiencies and build scalable solutions without increasing headcount.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Monday.com, including building automations, financial tracking boards, and cross-functional dashboards.
• Comfort working with financial data and high transaction volumes in a spreadsheet-heavy environment.
• Experience working with APIs and webhooks, including building integrations between platforms.
• Practical experience applying AI tools within business workflows to improve efficiency.
• Background in RevOps, Sales Ops, Finance Ops, or a similar operational function.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical solutions for non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where building from scratch and improving existing systems are both required.
