About the Role

We are looking for a talented AI Growth & Vibe Marketer to join our team at Token Metrics Inc. As an AI Growth & Vibe Marketer, you will be responsible for creating engaging content that resonates with our audience while utilizing automation tools to streamline the process.

What You'll Do

• Produce a variety of content types using AI, including scripts, blog drafts, social media posts, and voiceovers.
• Design visual assets that maintain strong brand consistency across all channels.
• Utilize tools like Midjourney, RunwayML, and Zapier to enhance content creation and distribution.
• Build and maintain automated content pipelines for publishing and analytics.
• Collaborate with the Growth and Ads teams to develop creative campaigns and A/B tests.
• Set up and manage prompt libraries and style guides for efficient content production.
• Maintain an organized asset system for versions, naming conventions, briefs, and approvals.
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategies and improve engagement.

Requirements

• Proficiency with AI tools such as Midjourney, RunwayML, and Zapier.
• Strong portfolio showcasing visual taste and brand coherence.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, with comfort in handling CSVs, APIs, and webhooks.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Reels, and Shorts formats for content creation.
• Excellent written English skills and ability to tell concise stories.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Figma, After Effects, or CapCut.
• Knowledge of AI prompt chains or function calling.
• Basic SQL or Google Sheets query functions.
