What You'll Do

• Lead the strategic integration and application of AI tools to enhance design processes.
• Drive design innovation through AI-powered methodologies.

• Champion user-centered solutions in AI-enhanced designs.
• Oversee rapid prototyping using AI tools.
• Conduct user research to validate AI-enhanced designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate design vision.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Design or related fields.
• Fluent in English for effective collaboration.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating impactful work.
• Understanding of AI tools in design.
• Experience in user research and usability testing.
• Ability to work with front-end development teams.
• Comfort in fast-paced, iterative environments.
• Located in Latin America, preferably Guatemala.

Nice to Have
