We are seeking a talented AI Engagement Specialist to join our innovative team at Schwarz Group. This AI Engagement Specialist remote position offers you the opportunity to play a hands-on role in building the IPAI (Innovation Platform for Applied AI). Our mission is to successfully bring Artificial Intelligence into practical use for companies and institutions. With IPAI, we aim to become the "Global Home of Human AI"—creating a space for AI transformation and collaboration that generates momentum for a premier AI hotspot in Europe.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive AI engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote AI literacy and understanding within the community.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower stakeholders in AI applications.
  • Act as a bridge-builder between research, business, and society to foster collaboration.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of AI engagement programs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in AI engagement or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in project management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
