AI Agent Engineer - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Agent Engineer to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. As an AI Agent Engineer, you will explore building agents using OpenClaw across various AI models and design rubrics to evaluate their outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of autonomous AI agents by providing expert human feedback to leading AI organizations. You will train Large Language Models (LLMs) for complex, multi-step architectural workflows, all while enjoying the flexibility of remote work with no minimum hours and weekly payments.

What You'll Do

• Conduct AI agent testing by writing evaluation rubrics with objective pass/fail criteria.
• Debug agent traces to identify failure patterns and improve performance.
• Stress test agents in multi-step, real-world scenarios to ensure reliability.
• Assess production-grade modular software architecture for technical evaluation.
• Analyze multi-turn system interactions and behaviors to provide high-density technical feedback for LLM training.
• Manage project workflows by creating accounts, uploading resumes, and completing onboarding assessments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation.
• Strong command of at least two major programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Go, or Java) and experience with SQL databases.
• Practical experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
