What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of manufacturer-related service and workshop processes.
• Implement actions and corrective measures to enhance individual performance in the aftersales process, focusing on customer orientation and satisfaction.
• Create presentations of results and recommendations for action.
• Advise management in the dealership regarding future developments in service.
• Derive and develop recommendations for manufacturers to optimize processes.
• Present and implement recommendations effectively.
• Train and coach dealership and workshop staff to optimize internal operational processes.
• Efficiently plan dealer visits regarding travel times and costs, avoiding downtime.

Requirements

• Education as a vehicle technician or successfully completed commercial training or a comparable degree.
• Several years of experience in the service of a brand-affiliated car dealership.
• Experience in advising car dealerships in the aftersales area is an advantage.
• A structured working method and a professional demeanor.
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken; good English skills are a plus.
• Proficient in common MS Office applications, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to Have

• Experience in digitalization processes within the automotive sector.
• Knowledge of customer relationship management systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
