Senior Supply Chain Specialist - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and analytically driven Senior Supply Chain Specialist to join our team at Hisense Europe. This remote role is pivotal in managing, analyzing, and optimizing the supply chain processes for our refrigeration appliances. You will play a key role in ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in our operations.

What You'll Do

• Prepare demand, supply, and production plans, including medium and short-term production schedules.
• Analyze supply situations and sales trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Improve forecast accuracy through root cause analysis and parameter optimization.
• Collaborate with Production, Procurement, and Logistics to resolve constraints and set priorities.
• Maintain planning parameters in ERP/APS systems.
• Monitor and adjust inventory levels and implement corrective actions.
• Track orders and ensure customer requirements are met within agreed timelines.
• Support ATP/CTP information processes and monitor service KPIs (fill rate, OTIF, backorders).
• Participate in projects aimed at improving lead times, flexibility, and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• A university degree in logistics, economics, industrial engineering, or related fields.
• At least three years of experience in a comparable role.
• Preferred certifications: APICS/ASCM CPIM, CSCP.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, retail, or distribution environments is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and planning tools (SAP, Oracle, JDA/Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, OMP, etc.).
• Proficient in English, with advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel).
• Knowledge of SAP and experience working with large datasets.
• Understanding of supply chain concepts (MRP, MPS, safety stock, MOQ, capacities, S&OP/IBP).
