Senior Rewards Manager - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Rewards Manager to join our dynamic team at N26. This Senior Rewards Manager remote position is a high-impact role designed for an expert who will not only manage cycles but also architect the frameworks that drive our 1,600+ N26ers to excel.
What You'll Do
- Drive the Rewards Evolution: Implement our newly launched Rewards Philosophy, ensuring it becomes a reality for every employee.
- Architect Variable Compensation: Lead our Equity (ESOP) and Cash Bonus programs, aligning our incentive structures with N26’s growth.
- Execute with Precision: Own the end-to-end Salary Review and Promotion cycles, simplifying complex processes.
- Master the Market: Conduct benchmarking and salary band design to attract top talent in the fintech space.
- Navigate Governance: Act as the point of contact for audits and a key driver in RemCo preparations, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Partner for Progress: Collaborate with Works Councils and Internal Communications to communicate our Rewards story transparently.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Rewards, with a proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate market shifts and pivot strategies accordingly.
- Operational excellence, maintaining high standards of quality and pace.
- Strong emotional intelligence to build trust and collaborate effectively.
- Adaptability to thrive in ambiguity and coach direct reports toward high performance.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a fast-paced fintech environment.
- Knowledge of European compensation regulations.
- Familiarity with Works Council negotiations.
