About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Nurse (Clinical Oncology) to join our dedicated team. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely while leading a nursing team in a clinical oncology setting. As an Advanced Practice Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing specialized patient care and developing nursing standards.

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise a nursing team within a clinical unit, ensuring high standards of care.
• Develop professional nursing standards, care protocols, and clinical pathways to enhance patient outcomes.
• Provide complex patient care in the specialty of oncology, acting as a resource and referral agent on clinical expertise.
• Manage nurse-led services to deliver specialized patient care effectively.
• Train and supervise nurse learners in advanced nursing specialty training, fostering their professional growth.
• Initiate and participate in evidence-based practice and nursing research to improve clinical practices.
• Participate in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing services within the oncology department.

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse practicing certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong.
• Qualification in advanced nursing specialty (recognized post-registration certificate or postgraduate diploma).
• A degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years post-registration experience in healthcare, with at least 3 years in oncology or related specialty.

Nice to Have

• Master's degree in nursing or related discipline.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and competency as an Advanced Practice Nurse.
• Contributions to professional development, including research and teaching.
