About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team at Movimentum. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in onboarding new clients and maintaining ongoing relationships to drive client satisfaction and retention.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to support.
- Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, providing timely and effective responses.
- Utilize the Client Success Tracker (CST) to monitor client progress and identify opportunities for growth.
- Identify additional sales opportunities with existing clients and communicate these to the team.
- Refine and implement client retention strategies to enhance client satisfaction.
- Track and report on client results during weekly meetings, highlighting areas for improvement.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback to inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to develop new ideas and strategies for client success.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role, preferably in a remote setting.
- Strong understanding of client success metrics and how to measure success.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in using data analysis tools, including the CST.
- Commitment to working at least 40 hours per week.
