What You'll Do

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content for platforms such as YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Develop creative content formats that focus on gaming and entertainment.
• Build and manage our Discord community, fostering interaction and engagement.
• Monitor trends and best practices in the gaming and social media sectors to keep our content relevant.
• Support the development of a long-term social media strategy that aligns with our brand goals.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing studies in media, marketing, communication, games, or a related field.
• Passion for gaming and social media, with a strong understanding of community dynamics.
• Creativity in handling content ideas, storytelling, and community building.
• Initial experience with content creation, including videos, memes, clips, and posts.
• Independent, structured, and organized working style with good communication skills in both German and English.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
• Experience in managing online communities.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools.
