About the Role

We are looking for a Working Student in HR / Personnel Management to join our dynamic team remotely. As a Working Student in HR / Personnel Management, you will support various HR functions, contributing to our mission of enhancing employee engagement and optimizing recruitment processes.

What You'll Do

• Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding activities for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Help maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing events.
• Conduct data analysis to improve HR processes and support decision-making.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Previous internship experience in HR or a related field.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools.
• Basic understanding of labor laws and regulations.
