Working Student in Communications & Project Management - Remote

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly motivated Working Student in Communications & Project Management to join our dynamic team at Celonis. This remote role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate communications and project management while contributing to our mission of unlocking productivity through AI and data.

What You'll Do

• Support the External Communications Team in project management, research, reporting, and content creation.
• Track content production timelines and ensure smooth collaboration between stakeholders.
• Help manage editorial calendars and coordinate with designers and contributors for timely publication.
• Conduct in-depth research on enterprise technology topics, industry trends, and business news.
• Assist in drafting and structuring content, including blog posts, reports, and media pitches.
• Liaise with content stakeholders, including subject matter experts and external partners.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field with at least 1 year remaining in your studies.
• Professional fluency in English with strong writing skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Interest in enterprise technology, such as AI and automation, is a plus.
• Previous experience in content creation or communications is beneficial.

Nice to Have

• Experience with digital content creation tools.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and PR strategies.
